Some weddings are beautiful because of the venue, others because of the details—but Vanity and Oscar’s wedding was unforgettable because it was deeply personal. As a Dallas wedding photographer, we have the privilege of documenting many incredible celebrations, but this one held a special place in our hearts.
Our journey with this family actually began a year earlier when Vanity’s mom hired us to photograph her youngest daughter’s quinceañera. We had such an amazing experience getting to know the family that when it came time to plan Vanity’s wedding, there was no question—they reached out to us again. Vanity had always dreamed of a wedding inspired by the elegance and romance of the Netflix series Bridgerton, but she wanted to make it uniquely her own.
Growing up, she spent countless days at her grandfather’s ranch surrounded by horses and wide-open Texas landscapes. Instead of choosing between those two worlds, she beautifully combined them.
The result was a wedding that blended the sophistication of Bridgerton with the rustic charm and family history of the ranch where she grew up—a celebration unlike anything we had photographed before.
The day began with a beautiful ceremony at a church in Dallas, surrounded by family and lifelong friends.
As Vanity walked down the aisle toward Oscar, you could feel the emotion throughout the church. Every smile, every tear, and every embrace reflected the love and support surrounding the couple as they began this new chapter together.
These heartfelt moments are why we love wedding photography—capturing memories that become part of a family's legacy.
After the ceremony, everyone traveled to Vanity's grandfather's ranch for one of the most unique receptions we've ever experienced.
The ranch had been transformed into what felt like a scene straight out of Bridgerton. Elegant floral arrangements, vintage-inspired décor, horse-themed details, beautiful carriages, and romantic candlelight created an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and deeply personal.
The highlight of the evening came as Vanity and Oscar made their grand entrance in a beautiful horse-drawn carriage. It was a breathtaking moment that perfectly reflected the vision Vanity had dreamed about for years.
One of our favorite details was seeing so many family members and friends embrace the theme by dressing in elegant Bridgerton-inspired attire. It made guests feel like they had stepped into another era while still celebrating a true Texas love story.

Once the reception officially began, the celebration never slowed down.
Guests enjoyed an incredible meal that perfectly complemented the elegant atmosphere, while every detail—from the floral installations to the horse and carriage décor—created an unforgettable experience.
The DJ kept the dance floor full all evening long, and family and friends celebrated with nonstop laughter, dancing, and joyful moments.
The energy throughout the night reflected exactly who Vanity and Oscar are as a couple: fun, welcoming, and surrounded by people who truly love them.
Earlier in the morning, light rain had passed through the ranch, causing everyone to wonder what the weather would bring.
As experienced Dallas wedding photographers, we've learned that some of the most beautiful skies appear after the rain—and this wedding proved exactly that.
As the evening approached, the clouds opened to reveal one of the most spectacular Texas sunsets imaginable. Warm golden and orange tones covered the ranch, creating the perfect backdrop for romantic portraits of Vanity and Oscar.
Those sunset images became some of our favorites from the entire wedding day and were the perfect ending to a celebration that couldn't have been more magical.
